About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team.

  • Develops and executes comprehensive training plans, materials and assessments.
  • Evaluates individual and group training needs; maintains accurate records of progress.
  • Creates, updates and performs regular knowledge checks to ensure proficiency.
  • Facilitates new hire onboarding training sessions.
  • Plans, prepares and researches engaging lessons to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Crafts, organizes and delivers high-quality training materials, including online courses.
  • Instructs team members on an individual or group basis, providing clear guidance and feedback.
  • Assesses user work, delivering constructive feedback with course grades.
  • Prepares and presents training summaries to stakeholders, showcasing excellent presentation skills.
  • Supports operations by understanding agent opportunities and contributing to their success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Product Trainer is essential.
  • Startup background is a plus but not required.
  • Highly technical expertise is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to write documentation, create and organize courses.
  • Able to work and learn independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Can assess needs in terms of product knowledge, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contributes proactively to the team, thinking creatively to improve processes.
  • Ability to write clear process documentation and create relevant reports.
