The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the bidding process and able to prepare and submit competitive bids. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, preparing bid proposals, and securing new business through effective bidding strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking.">
  • Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals in response to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations).">
  • Analyze bid specifications and requirements to ensure compliance and maximize bid potential.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.">
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization.">
  • Track and report on bid status, outcomes, and sales performance metrics.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights for bid preparation.">

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.">
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on bidding and proposal preparation.">
  • Strong understanding of the bidding process, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).">
