
Sales Revenue Growth Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Sales Development Representative. We are seeking a driven and consultative sales professional with proven experience to engage prospects, uncover business needs, and position tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily calls to warm leads to generate qualified leads and nurture client relationships.
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs, challenges, and business goals.
- Position financial and technical solutions to address client pain points.
- Clearly explain complex concepts in a simple way.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive recurring revenue and loyalty.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and leverage sales tools to track progress and performance.
- Proven sales experience of at least 3 years, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend value-driven solutions.
- Excellent active listening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Foundational financial acumen, with understanding of revenue, cash flow, and market trends.
- Basic familiarity with technical solutions such as payment gateways or website building platforms.
- Proficiency with Salesforce is a plus but not a must.
- Experience in selling financial services or SaaS/technology solutions.
- Background in customer support and sales, in addition to sales.
- Proven sales skills, including innovative thinking and team collaboration.
