Job Description

The Agile Project Manager role serves as the team's facilitator, ensuring seamless sprint execution, efficient blocker removal, and strong collaboration across teams. This position keeps the squad aligned, motivated, and focused on delivering value with each iteration.

This is a key role for driving continuous improvement by coaching Agile best practices and encouraging feedback. As a servant leader, you will empower the team to stay adaptable, transparent, and delivery-focused.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups to maintain momentum throughout the sprint.
  • Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions in collaboration with Product Owners and team members.
  • Effectively coordinate with both onshore and offshore teams.
  • Actively remove impediments hindering team delivery.
  • Guide the team through sprint reviews and retrospectives, encouraging constructive feedback.
  • Provide regular stakeholder communication updates on sprint progress and risks.
Requirements

A successful candidate will possess:

  • 5-7 years of experience applying Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong technical acumen, familiarity with the software development lifecycle, and effective collaboration with technical teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication experience, including executive reporting and cross-team collaboration.
  • Demonstrated change management experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
