About the Role

Main Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product training programs, enhancing customer knowledge and satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and product usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product training and customer engagement.
