Strategic Partnership Development Role

This position focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive growth and satisfaction for our partners in the commerce sector.

  • Lead the development of tailored partner success plans, emphasizing revenue expansion, increased adoption of travel products, and enhanced overall performance.
  • Provide strategic support and enablement to Korean-speaking partners, serving as their primary liaison within our organization.
  • Promote the adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve partner concerns, ensure seamless operations, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, business-level fluency in Korean and English, and proven expertise in managing and growing strategic partnerships.
