The Business Development Associate plays a pivotal role in identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities.
This highly proactive position requires strong communication skills, market research, and a go-getter attitude to bring in new clients and grow our customer base.
Meet or exceed monthly sales acquisition targets","Responsibilities:Prospect new clients via outbound calls, emails, field visits, and online platforms.
Qualify leads and conduct needs assessments.
Schedule meetings, present product offerings, and close initial sales.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurately report progress using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaign-based lead generation.
Willing to be present onsite in Sucat, Paranaque with office schedule Mon-Fri (8AM to 5PM) and Sat (8AM to 12PM)
Proven experience in sales, business development or lead generation
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Resilient under pressure and rejection
Strong hunger instinct
Excellent communication skills
Open to travelling and meet clients as needed
