Overview

The Project Sales Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets through effective professional sales techniques geared towards long-term customer relationships. This role focuses on developing partnerships and teaming with top construction companies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Management, or Marketing.
  • At least three (3) to five (5) years of selling experience in the construction industry, with previous handling of developers and contractors. A portfolio of key accounts and a primary contact person is preferred.
  • Willing to perform full-time fieldwork.
Major Responsibilities
  • Communicates and coordinates with clients regarding pricing, technical data and product offerings.
  • Conducts product presentations and seminars.
  • Performs at least eight (8) quality sales calls per day.
  • Handles and resolves customer complaints.
  • Identifies potential growth areas and explores new market segments; submits at least ten (10) quotations per month.
