
Project Sales Executive

The Project Sales Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets through effective professional sales techniques geared towards long-term customer relationships. This role focuses on developing partnerships and teaming with top construction companies.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Management, or Marketing.
- At least three (3) to five (5) years of selling experience in the construction industry, with previous handling of developers and contractors. A portfolio of key accounts and a primary contact person is preferred.
- Willing to perform full-time fieldwork.
- Communicates and coordinates with clients regarding pricing, technical data and product offerings.
- Conducts product presentations and seminars.
- Performs at least eight (8) quality sales calls per day.
- Handles and resolves customer complaints.
- Identifies potential growth areas and explores new market segments; submits at least ten (10) quotations per month.
