Business Development Executive Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing brand presence across online platforms, designing marketing materials, identifying and pursuing high-potential leads, and serving as a liaison between cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage brand presence across online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to amplify visibility and engagement.
  • Design and refine marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and pitch presentations to support initiatives.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert high-potential leads. Cultivate strategic partnerships and generate revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, identify gaps, and propose actionable strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical, and operations.
  • Ensure all client communication reflects the company's tone, storytelling style, and commitment to authenticity that delivers clear, compelling value.
  • Attend client meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to support conversion efforts and drive overall sales performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills - confident, engaging, and naturally persuasive.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva for presentations and reports.
  • Market awareness of the fragrances and food industry.
