Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to support the success and growth of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC.

About the Role
  • This is a key member role within the Partner Success team, responsible for executing partner strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to grow with our platform.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.
Main Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the Partner Success strategy for HTS Commerce, from onboarding to sustained growth, focused on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners, acting as their advocate within HTS.
  • Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
  • Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.
Skill Requirements
  • A strong understanding of the B2B travel industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Proven experience in partnership management, sales, or a related field.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and create actionable insights.
