Job Title: Senior Financial Expert

Job Summary:

This position is a remote opportunity that requires strong collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer. The successful candidate will play a key part in month-end financial reporting, SEC filings, and closing processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Closing the company's books monthly and generating comprehensive financial reports
  • Reconciling bank statements to identify discrepancies and resolve them efficiently
  • Processing invoices and managing payment reconciliations using QuickBooks software
  • Providing transaction details to support the CFO with SEC filings and audits
  • Creating internal tickets for account managers regarding payment issues
  • Posting received payments and handling daily bookkeeping tasks
  • Assisting in preparing quarterly and annual SEC reports
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Senior-level accountant; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other financial software applications
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with the CFO and auditors
