Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. As an FP&A expert, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed financial models to support business decision-making.
  • Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Design and implement effective financial planning processes to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Expertise in SAP FICO and ability to configure and customize financial modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects and converting legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
