About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our dynamic team in a remote-first work environment. This role will take ownership of talent acquisition, ensuring an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top-tier candidates, optimizing HR processes, and building a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workable to manage the hiring process and provide data-driven insights.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and define role requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate the offer process with the Legal Team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment and people operations, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS; familiarity with platforms like Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
What would be a plus
  • Experience in a creative or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems like Rippling.
  • Previous work experience in a remote-first or globally distributed team environment.
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools like Slack, Asana, and Notion.
