Job Description:

As a Community Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering engagement and communication strategies to the DataForce Community. Your primary focus will be on promoting effective stakeholder management for both the Community member experience and DataForce business needs related to Community satisfaction, consolidation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote adaptive strategies to lead, coordinate, and monitor communication with Community members
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide requirements and follow-up on deliveries
  • Set and continually manage Community members expectations while actively working to improve the Community experience
  • Develop sourcing strategies to reach project targets based on past data and research
  • Analyze community escalations and propose corrective actions
  • Prepare insights for presentations regarding Community performance for internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement strategies for building and maintaining a large, engaged community
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and manage goals
  • Contribute to the onboarding process for newcomers and serve as a point of contact for all Community Engagement processes
