The HR Administrator role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization and contribute to the overall success of our Human Resource department.
This key position will be responsible for administering daily HR functions, including responding to employee inquiries and processing onboarding, personnel changes, and terminations.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administering human resource programs, including onboarding, offboarding, and position changes; compensation, benefits, and leaves of absence.
- Providing guidance to employees and managers relative to standard policies, processes, benefits, etc.
- Participating in new hire orientation and other employee programs.
- Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performing periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years' experience in HR administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
- Excellent organizational skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective stress and time management skills.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and/or as a team member.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
