Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to support the execution of global marketing projects. The successful candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical skills and ability to work with campaign data.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role, requiring close collaboration with senior marketing leaders to deliver high-quality, data-driven marketing execution from campaign setup and reporting to content coordination and digital optimization.

  • Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Coordinate with designers and external vendors to produce high-quality content
  • Support campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis to measure performance

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital or growth marketing in an online startup environment and be comfortable with advanced software tools including AI-enabled automation tools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals
  3. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth
  4. Collaborate with designers and developers to create engaging marketing materials
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital or growth marketing in an online startup environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with campaign data
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience is essential
