Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing campaign specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing campaign pages and module setups as your core operational responsibility.

You will also regularly refresh creative assets including banners, modules, promo codes, and marketing designs for social media channels.

In addition, you will suggest and create localized, relevant, and timely content to engage target audiences.

Key responsibilities include monitoring ad delivery across campaigns, proactively troubleshooting issues before, during, and after execution.

Cross-functional collaboration with product teams, designers, and HQ stakeholders is also required to align on campaign goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, ability to analyze, track, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and resource allocation.

Furthermore, you will operate CRM platforms and maintain social media channels to drive engagement and conversions.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to write, support, and publish SEO-friendly content to amplify campaign reach.

This role requires regional market intelligence sharing with the reporting office in Thailand to shape global marketing and product decisions.

Ultimately, you will develop and maintain strategic partnerships with regional airlines, hotels, influencers, and other business partners for co-marketing initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required. 3+ years of work experience, including 1–2 years in the travel industry within the local market; managerial experience is a plus.

Maintaining a proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and apply global OTA strategies is essential for success in this role.
