Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will execute and localize marketing strategies to expand fundraising efforts across Asian markets. This includes campaign planning, event management, digital marketing, brand oversight, and stakeholder coordination to achieve measurable growth targets.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Tagalog, Mandarin, Cantonese, or other regional languages is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative, proactive approach to teamwork with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing-based roles, preferably in a regional or international setting
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, paid ads)
  • Proven experience with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Raisely, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud)
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Your Daily Tasks

Strategy and Planning

  • Collaborate with country fundraising leads to develop the Partnership and Marketing Plan aimed at achieving ambitious growth targets.
  • Stay updated on market research and insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Execute the marketing plan against clearly defined objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage the budget, scope, and timeline of key marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Comprehensive Marketing Execution

  • Lead and coordinate campaign management and execution.
  • Drive end-to-end marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee brand and insights, public affairs, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Report, evaluate, and optimize across tactics, campaigns, and strategies.

Marketing Collateral Production & Localisation

  • Develop region-specific marketing materials.
  • Ensure all content is culturally relevant and resonates with target audiences.
  • Localize global content for regional use while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Support the development of marketing materials at various levels, especially during start-up phases.

Stakeholder and Account Management

  • Manage vendor selection across Asian markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creative, digital, and PR agencies.
  • Oversee relationships and workflows with outsourced partners.
  • Manage internal marketing staff, focusing on:
  • Community Managers
  • Narrative/Art/Film team members

Digital Channel Management

  • Align digital channel strategies with the overall marketing plan.
  • Oversee digital channels including websites, marketing automation, SEO, and social media.

Brand Management

  • Ensure that all new countries, suppliers, and team members are trained in brand guidelines.
  • Guarantee all marketing materials align with established brand standards.
