Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning and achieving assigned volume targets in your designated distributor territory.

Additionally, you will manage trade spend in your assigned geographical area, develop and implement business plans that align with regional and national objectives, and provide input in volume forecasting processes.

You will also submit trade activities proposals via the On-Time Monitoring System, manage returns, Buy-Outs, and pull-outs according to communication strategies and guidelines.


Job Qualifications:
  • A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or any related field is required.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience in sales and distribution functions is necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer negotiation skills are essential.
  • Fresh graduates with strong leadership qualities are encouraged to apply.
