We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team in driving growth and expansion across our global region.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to play a key role in identifying and researching potential leads through online platforms, LinkedIn, and networking.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably with an MBA in Sales or Marketing. They will possess strong communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt to regional languages and cultures. Additionally, they should be highly energetic, eager to learn, and have a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

The successful candidate will collaborate with our senior sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies via emails, calls, and social media. They will schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for prospects, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication. Furthermore, they will support in creating proposals, presentations, and sales documents that highlight our HR Tech solutions and value proposition.

They will update and maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems, leveraging ChatGPT and AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Moreover, they will contribute to achieving team targets and sales pipeline development by leveraging their knowledge of CRM tools, productivity software, and Customer Success Management principles.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably with an MBA in Sales or Marketing.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt to regional languages and cultures.
  • High energy, eagerness to learn, and a growth mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, productivity software, and email automation platforms, with a basic understanding of Customer Success Management principles.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup, with a strong emphasis on self-motivation and time management.
