At our company, we are seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team. This exciting role requires the ability to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a new business pipeline: Identify marketing-qualified leads and explore opportunities through social networks and industry events.
- Execute strategic campaigns: Develop and implement tactics to define new sales opportunities and expand our product/service offerings.
- Qualify leads: Assess marketing campaign results and identify potential clients for further engagement.
- Explore new business opportunities: Proactively seek out new prospects and engage with them through cold calls and emails.
As a successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, along with hands-on experience in software sales and multiple sales techniques. A proven track record of achieving sales quotas and understanding sales performance metrics is also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience in software sales, preferably with SaaS products.
- Hands-on experience with sales techniques, including cold calls.
- Proven sales achievement record and understanding of sales performance metrics.
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- MEDTECH industry experience and knowledge of Audiometry and clinical management processes.
