Visual Creative Director Position

This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in developing high-impact campaigns.

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Creative Director to lead our team of designers and drive creative strategies that enhance engagement and conversion rates.

  • Develop compelling visual content for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Oversight of the creation of high-quality visual assets for email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintenance of brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring a strong and recognizable visual identity.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketers to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns.

In addition, you will provide mentorship and constructive feedback to a team of designers, fostering professional growth and skill development.

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Visual Creative Director, Digital Designer, or Senior Designer, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring a creative team.
