Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Strategist to drive performance-focused creative direction for our paid media clients. This role involves identifying winning ad concepts, analyzing creative performance data, and turning insights into actionable briefs and feedback.

You will work closely with UGC creators, designers, and editors to bring creative ideas to life—ensuring assets are optimized for each platform and aligned with performance goals. Additionally, you will take a lead role in exploring and implementing AI tools within the creative strategy workflow—testing new platforms, identifying automation opportunities, and supporting the team in integrating tools that improve efficiency and elevate creative output.

As part of your responsibilities, you will also contribute to shaping the evolving role of creative strategy within our performance team, helping us define standards, processes, and ways of working across accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that drive performance across paid platforms.
  • Analyze creative performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in creative output.
  • Identify and recommend AI tools to enhance the creative strategy workflow.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing (e.g. Creative Strategy, Media Buying, Growth Marketing).
  • A strong understanding of creative's role in driving performance across paid platforms.
  • Proven ability to analyze ad metrics and translate them into actionable creative direction.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you know how to give and gather the right info at the right time.
  • A blend of strategic thinking and creative instincts—you can spot what's working and know how to build on it.
