Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Your expertise will be essential in identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and executing change management strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-scale global projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to articulate project requirements and status to various stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding project teams towards achieving goals and objectives.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
  • Operational/workforce management experience within the BPO/call center industry is required.
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance and support to project teams.
  • Expertise in formal presentation, project management software, spreadsheet applications, and flowcharting tools.
