The Surgical Equipment Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving total sales performance for cataract and vitreo-retina equipment.
This role requires a strong understanding of the medical device industry, with a focus on surgical ophthalmology equipment.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the benefits of Alcon's products to customers.
Bachelor degree in optometry, orthoptics, science, or business is required.
Main Responsibilities- Driving total sales performance for Cataract and Vitreo-retina equipment.
- Provide end-to-end support in selected accounts, helping coordinate specialist roles activities & plans.
- Map decision-making process and key stakeholders to inform and implement the business plan.
- Play an active role in demand generation, following up with contract negotiations. Prepare & negotiate quotes with customers.
