Job Title: Account Manager

Job Description:

  • Filling out applications and Acord forms is a key part of this role.
  • Submit quote requests to underwriters via email and track responses efficiently.
  • Obtain quotes from online insurance portals and prepare comparative proposals that meet client needs.
  • Communicate with underwriters and clients to ensure timely processing of applications.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of all submissions and quotes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Application Processing: Complete and process insurance applications and Acord forms accurately.
  2. Quote Management: Submit quote requests to underwriters via email and track responses.
  3. Proposal Preparation: Obtain quotes from online insurance portals and prepare comparative proposals.
  4. Client Communication: Communicate with underwriters and clients to ensure timely processing of applications.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain organized records and documentation of all submissions and quotes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in insurance, underwriting support, or account management preferred.
  • Proficiency with Acord forms and insurance quoting portals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
