Insurance Operations Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our insurance business.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client workflow and application tracking, lead intake and CRM management, relationship and communication management, and ad hoc operational support. This includes guiding clients through the insurance process from submission to approval, monitoring the full lifecycle of client applications, and responding to underwriter requests in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong language and proofreading skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to improve processes and procedures
  • Insurance industry familiarity and knowledge of life insurance processes
