Job Overview

This role involves overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and fostering strong relationships with tenants. Key responsibilities include communication, property management, financial oversight, marketing, compliance, data entry, billing, payroll processing, and vendor relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Communication: Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Property Management: Ensure timely rent collection, enforce lease terms, and maintain accurate records.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage accounts payable/receivable, process payments, and maintain budgets.
  • Marketing: Develop strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date on U.S. real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record property transactions, including bills for payment.
  • Billing: Prepare and send invoices, following up on payments as needed.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll for maintenance technicians in a timely manner.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Communication & Coordination: Strong ability to handle tenant inquiries, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure lease compliance.
  • Financial & Data Management: Experienced in rent collection, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and managing property transactions.
  • Marketing & Tenant Acquisition: Skilled in creating marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledgeable in U.S. real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Vendor & Payroll Management: Proficient in managing vendor relationships and processing payroll for maintenance technicians.
  • Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Experienced with property management software and virtual tools, with strong attention to detail in all tasks.
