Implementation Role

This is a full-time remote position that involves overseeing the successful implementation of real estate technology platforms for new and returning clients.

The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, process-driven, and customer-focused, ensuring timely and seamless onboarding for clients in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a product implementation expert, staying up to date with platform updates and enhancements.
  • Manage project timelines, tracking key milestones and deliverables to ensure timely platform launches.
  • Conduct client calls to set expectations, review setup progress, and ensure proper configuration (including account settings, domain and email setup).
  • Identify and resolve implementation challenges, proactively addressing delays and risks.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and communication with clients, ensuring transparency throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Compliance, and Client Success to align platform setup with client requirements.
  • Handle post-launch setup corrections and escalate issues when necessary.
