Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the internal implementation of our Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology. This includes Hospital and Professional Fee Front End Patient Access Workflow, Patient Accounting Workflow, and Denials Management Workflow.

You will work closely with our project team to plan, design, configure, user acceptance test, train, deliver, and monitor our AnalytX Technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Participate in assessment meetings with our Accounts Receivable Services department to develop design documentation using best practice recommendations
  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation
  • Translate Visio documentation to pseudocode intended for the Development and QA Teams
  • Analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results and problem solve
  • Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support recommendations
  • Support clients utilizing our Suite of Products after deployment
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather technical documentation to ensure all rules and actions are programmed correctly
  • Lead ongoing support calls with existing customers post Go Live
Benefits

  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams
  • Ability to understand complex software applications
  • Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server with a desire to expand on those capabilities
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision
