About the Role

This is a full-time work-from-home opportunity based in Manila for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead. The ideal candidate will lead Salesforce implementation projects, provide technical support, solve complex technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze business requirements and configure Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for users and administrators on effective use of Salesforce features.
  • Develop and implement custom Salesforce configurations to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure timely project delivery and high-quality results.
Key Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical support experience and proficiency in Salesforce configuration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Salesforce certification(s) is a plus.
