
Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via telephone, chat and/or email.
">- You will interact with customers to resolve software-related issues and provide education on our products and services.
- Maintain departmental metrics such as first response rate, non-dev case closure times, CSAT, etc.
- Provide detailed reports to the development team to assist in resolution of bugs in the software.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with prioritization
- At least 3 years' experience in a client-facing role and at least 1-2 years of support experience with a software company, preferably SAAS or FinTech
