
Customer Service Training Specialist

The role of the Training Specialist is to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for new and existing Customer Service team members. This position helps all team members to be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to perform their roles effectively, ethically, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and deliver onboarding programs that meet business objectives.
- Create training modules on negotiation skills, compliance, and customer service to enhance team performance.
- Conduct refresher training sessions and workshops for existing staff to maintain knowledge retention.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to improve team member effectiveness through continuous improvement.
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to drive business results.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports for management to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with team leaders, quality assurance, and human resources to align training with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience as a Customer Service Trainer in a BPO/Shared Service industry.
- Proven experience in baking operations and leadership.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to motivate and guide team members.
- Effective communication skills and a deep understanding of operational leadership to drive business outcomes.
- Proficient in coaching and mentoring team members to enhance performance through continuous feedback and development.
- Adept at performance management, driving accountability, and process compliance to ensure team success.
- Continuous learning and adaptability are crucial, stay abreast of industry trends to remain competitive.
- Ability to work onsite in McKinley West, Taguig or MOA, Pasay following Australian shift schedules.
