Job Title: Workflow Strategist


Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement AI-powered workflows, streamlining marketing operations and content production.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in building integrations using Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, and related tools, as well as leveraging automation to reduce manual work and create scalable processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated workflows for marketing operations and content production.
  • Develop LLM-powered processes to generate, track, and organize marketing content.
  • Integrate tools to produce and monitor brand identity kits, content calendars, and posts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, marketing ops, or technical product roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, Zapier, or equivalent automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs and generative AI workflows.
  • Experience building automations for content, marketing, and SEO functions.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with data, logs, and competitive research.
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, primarily in EST, with flexibility for global clients.
