Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior QA Manager. This position requires strong leadership and coordination skills, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams.

As a Senior QA Manager, you will be responsible for managing and tracking internal quality assurance projects across multiple teams. You will coordinate and drive execution for initiatives that require tight collaboration and work closely with the QA management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and remove blockers.

Establishing efficient processes and rituals to keep stakeholders aligned and informed is crucial in this role. Actively utilizing AI-powered tools to automate updates, streamline status reporting, and manage project artifacts is expected.

You will serve as the point of contact for planning and communicating key deliverables, timelines, and dependencies. Helping identify and implement best practices in cross-team project management, facilitating retrospective and continuous improvement discussions to strengthen project execution, and supporting leadership with insights and metrics for decision-making and prioritization are also important aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment.
  • Background in QA, test automation, or engineering.
  • Experience working in a tech company.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve workflow and task management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.
