We are seeking a TikTok Affiliate Manager to develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns on the platform.

Job Description

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the management and execution of TikTok affiliate programs, with a focus on maximizing engagement and revenue. This will involve collaborating with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners to create and promote affiliate links, ensuring that affiliate content aligns with TikTok trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Program Management: Lead the management and execution of TikTok affiliate programs, focusing on maximizing engagement and revenue.
  • Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Develop and implement strategies for driving affiliate sales through TikTok, continuously monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to optimize efforts and deliver results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the social media, content, and creative teams to ensure TikTok affiliate content aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate affiliate program success.
Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing (preferably with a focus on TikTok or Social Media Platforms).
