Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Lead to oversee projects at customer experience centers as the primary liaison and point of contact for Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage, and maintain project documentation on a global scale.
  • Develop plans, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, conduct due diligence, and gather materials as required.
  • Report to the Director of Learning & Development and contribute to the success of the business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in a project management role leading medium to large-scale global projects.
  • Facilitation and communication skills, including meeting facilitation and project plan completion.
  • Experience with project management software, word processing, spreadsheets, and flowcharting applications (MS Project, Asana, MS Office, Excel, Visio).
