Supervising Associate Role

The role of the Supervising Associate is to develop subject matter expertise in Global Security disciplines and lead a team from a designated location. This individual will network with stakeholders and leaders to provide long-term value and regular feedback for team development.


Key Responsibilities
  • People and Operations Management
  • Manage performance of team members through goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
  • Ensure timely delivery by managing efficiency and productivity of team members.
  • Coordinate training schedules and ensure adherence to workflow protocols and tools.
  • Coach and mentor team members for professional development and recommend training needs to address gaps.
  • Lead change management and drive efficiency initiatives for processes and the team.
  • Communicate updates and developments to the team and foster team building.

Client Management
  • Build authentic relationships with stakeholders and Region Security leaders.
  • Manage client expectations through a robust client management framework.
  • Address and resolve service delivery issues and escalations as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in risk/crisis management, business continuity, incident management, and managing mid-size teams.
  • Experience handling international customers/clients is preferred; strong analytical and communication skills in English are required.
