Job Description:

The Strategic Partnership Development Lead is responsible for driving the management and growth of strategic partnerships by nurturing existing relationships, acquiring new partners, and co-developing innovative customer offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurtures and maintains good relationship with existing partnerships
  • Forges partnerships with potential partners
  • Ensures deal negotiations are commercially viable using best practices from the team
  • Monitors and manages the execution of projects and programs
  • Provides solutions and recommendations as necessary to concerned support groups
  • Escalates issues and recommends solutions to address issues to other groups as necessary
  • Monitors the implementation and results of go to market initiatives
  • Identifies opportunity areas by collaborating with BU, COE, and internal MSP team

Requirements:

  • Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure partnership operations are supported
  • Closely working with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
