Job Title: Senior Financial Operations ManagerAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial reporting systems to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
  • Analyze and manage financial data, reconcile accounts, and track expenses using ERP software.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze complex financial data and prepare detailed reports.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide administrative support to the CFO, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and organizing emails.
  • Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits to ensure organizational adherence to financial regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP software.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for executive tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
