Job Description

The primary function of this role is to ensure exceptional customer service by handling verification inquiries, providing support via voice and non-voice channels, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve optimal customer and business outcomes.

This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a dedication to delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting customer verification inquiries through voice and non-voice channels
  • Responding to customer and supplier verification inquiries (inbound and outbound)
  • Assisting the CSM team with customer vetting, qualification, setup, escalations, and service recovery
  • Completing frontline work activities within agreed timeframes
  • Suggesting cost-effective solutions to improve processes

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least college level education
  • 2-3 years in BPO (handling any accounts)
  • Outbound calls experience preferred
  • At least one year of experience at their most recent company
