We're looking for a highly skilled financial professional to join our team as an FP&A Analyst.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the company's success by providing strategic financial insights and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Perform hands-on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and forecast trends to inform operational planning
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as an FP&A Analyst, with a strong understanding of both strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting operations
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
  • Advanced, hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks (non-negotiable)
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
