Job Role: Financial Planning Analyst

This role requires a highly skilled individual to support our Financial Planning & Analysis team. The successful candidate will focus on developing and maintaining financial reports, designing data visualizations, and improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting & Administration:
    1. Administer and maintain financial systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates of reports.
    2. Develop and enhance financial reports to meet the evolving needs of the business.
    3. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to system usage.
  2. Data Visualization & Dashboarding:
    1. Design, create, and manage data visualizations that provide key insights to internal stakeholders.
    2. Continuously improve dashboard functionalities to enhance reporting efficiency.
  3. Process Improvement & Automation:
    1. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline business operations.
    2. Automate recurring tasks using advanced techniques (macros, pivot tables, formulas) to increase productivity.
  4. Collaboration & Communication:
    1. Collaborate with the FP&A team to develop effective communication strategies.
    2. Refine presentation skills to effectively communicate financial insights to various audiences.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an FP&A environment.
  3. Hands-on experience with financial systems and data visualization tools.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation) and PowerPoint.
  5. Experience with data visualization tools and software.
  6. Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  7. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in an offshore role supporting a global team.
  2. Knowledge of financial systems and data integration processes.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, exceptional technical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
