Account Coordinator Job Summary

The Account Coordinator plays a vital role in managing client relationships and contributing to overall sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective bid strategies, qualify RFPs, write proposals, and create pricing solutions for clients.
  • Analyze project-level feasibility for client bids using proprietary tools and provide timely updates to the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to build and expand client relationships, focusing on incremental revenue growth through sales, up-selling, and effective client management.
  • Support the Client Services Team during project delivery, offering additional information and partner sourcing as needed.
  • Assist in presentations and sales-related activities required by Account Directors and Managers.
