Job Summary:
This role presents an exciting opportunity to become a dedicated Cold Calling Specialist. As the first point of contact with property owners, you will utilize your persuasive communication skills to uncover opportunities in the real estate market.
You will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing potential property deals through strategic cold calling. With growth potential and performance-based incentives, this role allows you to directly impact the business's success while developing your skills in real estate sales and negotiation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to property owners from provided lead lists.
- Conduct research on recent property sales in target areas for pricing comparisons.
- Identify potential sellers and gauge interest in cash offers.
- Track and document all call outcomes and potential leads.
- Send contracts to interested property owners.
- Meet daily calling metrics and performance indicators.
- Generate qualified leads for property acquisitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills are essential.
- The ability to handle rejection professionally is crucial.
- A basic understanding of real estate terminology is necessary.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and phone software is required.
- A reliable internet connection and quiet work environment are essential.
- A professional phone manner and positive attitude are expected.
