Senior Technical Support Specialist Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive innovation in cybersecurity, software development, and big data technology.

This role involves supporting the implementation of customer-centric solutions, coordinating with multiple teams and customers, building knowledge of specific products, and continually improving internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Delivery Customer Solutions Engineering Team during solution implementation.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams and customers to support installation of Voice and Data services.
  • Build knowledge of specific products within their business group and understand how end-to-end processes fit together.
  • Continually seek ways to improve internal processes by identifying problems and helping solve them.
  • Collect and provide customer information to assist internal teams, such as Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience with IP Networking.
  • Strong understanding of network routing protocols like Firewall protocols, IP VPN, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, EIGRP, SIPT.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize work tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills for customer interaction.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and develop skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective working relationships with stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree.

Work Conditions
