Virtual Medical Frontline Coordinator

This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills to provide a high-quality patient experience. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work effectively in a virtual team environment, and deliver efficient, friendly, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Communication:
  • Deliver timely and accurate responses to first-line inquiries and answer incoming phone calls with warmth and clarity.
  • Manage high volumes of inbound calls and coordinate appointments with accuracy.
  • Scheduling and Administration:
  • Make, modify, and confirm patient bookings across multiple practitioners and time zones where applicable.
  • Monitor inboxes and communication channels to ensure timely responses and prioritisation of urgent queries.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
Liaise with internal teams to flag scheduling issues, patient concerns, or process improvements.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or a health-related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a remote receptionist, administration, or customer service role—ideally in a medical or healthcare setting—is highly valued.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone are essential.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities with a calm approach are required.
