
Remote Healthcare Support Specialist

This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills to provide a high-quality patient experience. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work effectively in a virtual team environment, and deliver efficient, friendly, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Communication:
- Deliver timely and accurate responses to first-line inquiries and answer incoming phone calls with warmth and clarity.
- Manage high volumes of inbound calls and coordinate appointments with accuracy.
- Scheduling and Administration:
- Make, modify, and confirm patient bookings across multiple practitioners and time zones where applicable.
- Monitor inboxes and communication channels to ensure timely responses and prioritisation of urgent queries.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or a health-related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a remote receptionist, administration, or customer service role—ideally in a medical or healthcare setting—is highly valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone are essential.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities with a calm approach are required.
- Work from home on day shift, Monday to Friday 7:00AM – 4:00PM PHT (adjustments will be made for DST).
