Process Analytics Engineer Opportunity

The Enterprise Projects team seeks a skilled Process Analytics Engineer to support process mining and operational analytics initiatives. This role focuses on preparing and transforming operational data for use in process analytics, developing process mining models, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and automation.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the evaluation of process mining platforms.
  • Designing and implementing process mining models using Celonis or similar tools.
  • Collaborating with business and IT teams to understand operational workflows and data sources, and translating them into event logs.
  • Building and maintaining data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems.
  • Developing Power BI dashboards to visualize process performance, KPIs, and automation opportunities.
  • Leveraging Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes.
  • Conducting root cause analysis and identifying process inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5–7 years of experience in process mining using Celonis or similar platforms.
  • A strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Experience preparing event logs and operational datasets for analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across global teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • The ability to ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across analytics initiatives.
