OT Platform Engineer Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled OT platform engineer to join our team in the Natural Resources industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain OpenShift clusters in on-prem production environments with secure tunneling solutions for deployment instructions between network levels.
  • Establish air gap transfer strategies for code and artifacts, ensuring robust change management processes for on-prem deployments.
  • Design backup and disaster recovery strategies appropriate for each Purdue Model level.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement defense-in-depth strategies, leveraging industrial-grade observability tools and security best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with air-gapped and segmented network architectures, including experience in secure artifact management (JFrog Artifactory preferred).
  • Understanding of on-prem limitations (disconnected, latency, bandwidth constraints) and manual deployment processes, including knowledge of vSphere and on-premises virtualization.
  • Desirable skills include understanding of the Purdue Model and ISA-95 standards, as well as experience with mining or heavy industry operational environments and industrial control systems.
