Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Support Services Team Lead to spearhead our support team and deliver exceptional client service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing support team to provide outstanding customer experiences
  • Manage complex escalations, monitor performance metrics, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
  • Oversee customer support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce, including training, reporting, and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve intricate challenges and improve processes, driving business growth and excellence
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of production environment experience with a strong background in IT service management
  • 5+ years of SQL and team leadership experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Cloud systems experience, including networking and storage solutions
